what am I doing wrong.

Click on the 19th icon from the left, the one that looks like a film strip. When your box pops up you will see a youtube link. Click on it. Once you get to youtube find the video that you want to use. Then you will see a small box with the URL in it. Copy n paste that URL and then put it in the small box that you originally opened. Once you've done that click OK. You will then see the URL in your "reply" box. Click send. Then you are done. Your vid is uploaded onto forum.
